From the selection of semolina obtained only from the best durum wheat, the "Fileja alla 'Nduja" take shape, a culinary symbol of the area of the province of Vibo Valentia, in Calabria. A pasta with a curved shape and a wrinkled consistency which keeps its organoleptic qualities unchanged thanks to the bronze drawing and the slow drying process. To be enjoyed with any type of condiment, although tradition requires it with a tomato and fresh basil sauce and a sprinkling of grated Monte Poro pecorino.
