Pasta Soldano Strangugghi di Limbadi - 500g

It is a type of pasta widely used in families in the Calabrian region. Also known as Strozzapreti, from the narration according to which women prepared this short and squat pasta, made to go “sideways” if eaten with greed by the local priest invited to the table. The Calabrian tradition recommends seasoning Strangugghi with rich and tasty sauces made with fatty meats and of course the inevitable 'nduja and Calabrian red chilli. Handcrafted product dried at low temperatures. Available in 500g packs.

Tips for perfect cooking Use 6 liters of water for 500g. Add salt and when the water boils, add the pasta. Stir occasionally. When cooked, drain and season to taste.
