Known and appreciated all over the world, Tagliatelle have their origins in the gastronomic culture of Emilia Romagna. A very thin sheet artfully pulled, folded on itself to be then cut and unrolled. Handcrafted product dried at low temperatures. Bronze drawing. Available in 500g packs.
